Biography
The valley welcomes him each morning as he greets the day: golden hills of summer, green velvet in winter. He shares the deep skies with red-tailed hawks, vultures, great horned owls. He shares with coyotes and sometimes wild turkeys that scrape their wing feathers on the road like washboard players.
He shares the silence.
James is an actor in film and TV, a builder, musician, writer and Tanguero. His work, like the Tanda he dances and the music he plays, is raw, sweet, honest, compelling. The Tango is an intimate exchange of two bodies in union, the same exchange that takes place within the script of a scene, the notes from his horn, and the scribbles from his pen that open his heart. He says there isn't time for it to be any other way.
As for credits, "Just keep doin' the work, the credits will find you."
